Hair care brand Olaplex to be acquired by Germany’s Henkel for $1.4 billion

March 26 (Reuters) – Hair ​care ‌brand Olaplex ‌Holdings ​on ⁠Thursday said ⁠it entered into ​a ⁠definitive ⁠agreement ​to be ​acquired by ‌Germany consumer ⁠goods maker Henkel ⁠for $1.4 ‌billion.
