Fazoli’s, 2930 S. 3rd St. (3 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Observed accumulated pink and black debris inside ice machine in kitchen. Observed hand wash sink blocked and not accessible. Observed employee beverage and phone on food storage and prep area.
Hira Groceries Inc. dba Country Mart, 4802 US Hwy 150 W. (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed hand washing sink blocked by trash can. Observed no date markings on various food items kept longer than 24 hours.
Little Caesar’s, 1834 Lafayette Ave. (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed accumulated rust and debris on table mounted can opener and baking pans. Found 3-bay sink spray nozzle with accumulated debris. Observed 3-bay sink and wiping cloth bucket sanitizer concentration not at proper level to disinfect.
