VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)—A local high school helped parents understand the importance of monitoring their children while on the internet, Tuesday night.
Lincoln High School held a parent staff presentation, presented by Alicia Kozakiewicz followed by a question and answer session. After becoming the victim of an internet luring and abduction, Kozakiewicz created an awareness program that addresses internet safety and awareness education. Her mission is to promote the importance of online safety for children.
The program advocates for missing and recovered persons, along with battling against child sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
