GREENCASTLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Criminal charges have been dismissed without prejudice against a Greencastle man accused of multiple hunting violations.
The initial charges against David R. McCollough, 37, stemmed from a 2018 investigation into hunting from an off-road vehicle and trespassing.
According to Deputy Prosecuting Attorney James Ensley of the Putnam County Prosecutor’s Office, the charges were dismissed with an understanding that McCullough would surrender the property, in this case antlers and cape, to Indiana Conservation Officers.
