VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — As the Fall property tax payment deadline is nearing, November 13 is the deadline for on-time payments.
According to a release from the Vigo County Treasurer’s Office, there are a few options for how to make payments, details on how to make payments are listed below:
- Via Bank
- Payments can be made directly through any Vigo County branch from Tuesday, October 10 – Monday, November 13 at the following banks:
- First Financial Bank
- Old National Bank
- The Hometown Savings Bank
- First Farmers Bank and Trust
- Fifth Third Bank
- Riddell National Bank
- Payments can be made directly through any Vigo County branch from Tuesday, October 10 – Monday, November 13 at the following banks:
- Via Mail
- Payments can be mailed to or paid directly at the Vigo County Treasurer’s office:
- Vigo County Treasurer
- 191 Oak Street
- Terre Haute, IN 47807
- (Payments must be postmarked no later than November 13 to avoid a late penalty)
- Via Dropbox
- Payments can be deposited in the drop box at the north entrance of the Annex, which is available 24/7
- Via Website
- Payments can be made online at LowTaxInfo.com under the Vigo County Tab.
- Via Phone
- Payments can be made by phone by dialing 812-596-1662
The release notes that credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks are accepted but a convenience fee does apply.
