According to a release from the Vincennes Police Department, officers responded to the 400 block of S. 10th St. just before midnight Tuesday in reference to a possible reckless driving situation.
When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that matched the description empty but still running, and they smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
