SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The city of Sullivan is preparing to host the 65th annual Corn Festival at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17. The event is being hosted by the rotary club.
The festival will open at 5 p.m. on the Sullivan Square with a live music concert near Beech St. starting at 7 p.m. Other activities will be available for attendees such as vendors, fair rides and booths.
After last year’s cancellation, Patrice Hand, Marketing Director for the Sullivan Rotary Club, said this year’s return is critical.
“It’s always a great investment into our community,” Hand said. “We cancelled last year due to COVID-19, but feel confident in this years return.”
