MARTIN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Martin County man was arrested Saturday following an investigation into an alleged rape.
According to Indiana State Police, Waylon Wininger, 33, of rural Shoals, was arrested on level 3 felony rape charges following an investigation that began in in January.
Wininger was taken into custody and transported to the Martin County Jail.
