BEIJING, Aug 10 (Reuters) – China’s central bank pledged in its five-year plan to keep the yuan exchange rate basically stable and expand the use of the Chinese currency in international trade and investment, it said in a statement on Monday.
The People’s Bank of China also vowed to resolve risks in key areas, strengthen financial support for expanding consumption and “steadily advance high-level opening up of the financial sector”.
