VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Employees of a local hospital helped families in need have a merry Christmas this year.
Good Samaritan said it helped more than 172 children this Christmas with the hospital’s annual Giving Trees.
Through the hospital’s Giving Tree program, employees bought gifts for children in the Vincennes community and at South Knox and North Knox Elementary schools.
In addition, Good Samaritan said employees also donated 260 Christmas stockings full of items to residents in local nursing homes.
