SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The funding for the proposed 65-room hotel by Hoosier Hospitality Hotel entrepreneurs Mike and Debbie Hicks has been finalized.
According to a post made by the City of Sullivan, the hotel will be located at the Sullivan Central Plaza and is a private investment. The new business will pay local taxes and will create 20 new jobs for the community.
The city would like to thank the Hicks’ and First Farmers Bank & Trust for their continued dedication to growth in the Downtown Sullivan area.
