SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (ORCA) has announced a program that will include meetings throughout the state with each meeting being headlined by Mayor Clint Lamb.
The program will be called “ORCA in Your Region” and will hold a total of six meetings taking place across Indiana between July and August.
“I’m humbled and honored to be joining our state partner OCRA for these regional meetings,” says Mayor Clint Lamb. “I look forward to sharing bits and pieces of the Sullivan story to communities across the state. Special thanks to Denny Spinner, ORCA’s Executive Director, for including me in this effort.”
The program is designed to give a spotlight to regional successes and to facilitate opportunities between ORCA and Hoosiers. Each of the six community liaisons associated with ORCA will host an ORCA in Your Region meeting.
The meetings will be held in the following locations:

People can expect topics like community success, ORCA programming, and networking opportunities. Each meeting will have a panel of community leaders that will be in attendance to discuss best practices for partnerships that contribute to the community’s success.
In an effort to help continue to improve the state, Mayor Clint Lamb plans to discuss ways communities can identify leaders in their area and how to aid in community and regional revitalization.
