OWEN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — To continue the progress made in the recovery process after the deadly tornadoes, a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center will be revisiting Owen County.
From Monday, May 15 to Wednesday, May 17, recovery specialists from FEMA and the United States Business Administration will be available to assist those impacted by the storms by helping to fill out applications, locating resources, and answering questions.
The Owen County Disaster Recovery Center is in the Spencer Owen Administration Building at 205 East Hillside Ave in Spencer, Indiana.
Individuals who live in or own businesses in Allen, Benton, Clinton, Grant, Howard, Johnson, Lake, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Sullivan, and White counties can visit any open recovery Center for help.
The Recovery Center’s schedule is as follows:
- Monday, May 15 | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 16 | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 17 | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
