TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A local animal shelter is hosting a Nacho Average fundraiser.
The Humane Society of Sullivan County annual fundraising event will be on Friday November 11 at Crossroads Community Church. Those who attend will get to bid on goodie baskets and enjoy a nacho bar dinner. The price to attend the event is $10 with all proceeds benefiting The Sullivan Humane Society.
Vet Tech with The Sullivan Humane Society Cindy Webster said this fundraiser is very important.
“Our day to day and animal care depends on fundraising. It helps keep the shelter doors open and take care of the animals,” Webster said.
