VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A Terre Haute man was arrested Monday after being accused of rape and sexual battery.
According to Indiana State Police, a criminal investigation began in June after authorities received information from a Shelburn Town Marshall concerning allegations of sexual assault against a Terre Haute resident.
The investigation revealed that Kevin J. Fallon, 68, of Terre Haute had allegedly forced himself on a male for sexual gratification. This allegation reportedly took place in Vigo County.
After reviewing the investigation, the Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office asked for a warrant to be issued for Fallon’s arrest.
A warrant was issued and Fallon was arrested Monday without incident.
He is currently being held in the Vigo County Jail on a $35,000 bond.
He is being charged with:
- Rape, Felony 3
- Sexual Battery, Felony 6
