BRAZIL, Ind. (WAWV/WTWO) – The city of Brazil has set a date for the annual Mayor’s Ride for 2022.
The fundraising event will take place Saturday, Sept. 10. Registration will take place at City Hall located at 203 E. National Ave.
The motorcycle ride and silent auction will benefit the Clay County Humane Society.
Registration will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The ride will begin at 3 p.m. going from City Hall to American Legion Post #2. Where the public is welcome to enjoy some food. Food will be served at 6 p.m.
Entry fees for the ride cost $30.00 for individuals and $50.00 per couple. That fee includes a T-shirt, food, and entertainment.
Those who choose not to participate in the ride can still help support the shelter with the purchase of a shirt. Shirts can be purchased for $20.00 and all proceeds will be donated to the Clay County Humane Society.
