DUGGER, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A Sullivan County man accused of child abuse was taken into custody by the Dugger Police Department.
Prosecutors said the Sullivan County Dept. of Child Services investigated an allegation of child abuse on August 25.
Upon further investigation, Aaron Head, 28, of Dugger was arrested at his home. He was brought to the Sullivan County Jail without incident.
Head is being charged with:
● Domestic Battery on a child under 14 years of age, Level 6 Felony
● Domestic Battery in the presence of a child under 16 years of age, Level 6 Felony
● Neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury, Level 5 Felony
