PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Tangier man is in custody following an investigation into claims of child solicitation.
According to the Parke County Sheriff’s Office, 63-year-old David Burch was arrested at his residence Tuesday following an investigation that began on May 29.
Deputies report that their investigation developed probable cause to make an arrest and that they located the man in his home in Tangier.
Burch has been charged with the level 5 felony of Child Solicitation as well as the level 6 felony of criminal confinement.
Authorities state that the investigation continues, and more charges could be on the way.
