TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — There are several options for people to get vaccinated against COVID-19 this week in the Wabash Valley.
The Indiana Department of Health will offer free COVID-19 testing and vaccinations from noon to 8 p.m. each day on Wednesday through Saturday, Nov. 3 through Nov. 7 at the Vigo County Fairgrounds, located at 3901 S US Hwy 41 in Terre Haute. This clinic will offer rapid antigen and PCR testing, as well as the J&J, Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and all three booster doses.
Starting on Monday, Nov. 1, Gravity Diagnostics, in partnership with the Vigo County Health Department and the Indiana Department of Health, will offer free COVID-19 testing on the main campus of Ivy Tech in Terre Haute, located at 8000 S. Education Drive. This clinic will offer PCR testing with next day test results by 5pm. This clinic will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday, Nov. 1 to Friday, Nov. 5 in the Operations Building adjacent to Ivy Tech’s campus.
In addition to these locations, Vigo County is offering other permanent testing locations for residents at local Kroger stores as well as CVS, JR Pharmacy, Walmart and more. For a full list of these locations, click here or visit the health department’s website.
