TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Reach Services helps those with special needs, but they’re also making sure plants will bloom this spring with a new community garden.
“I’m really passionate about people knowing where their food comes from and participating in the process of growing it,” said Charity Mouck, Reach Services’ property specialist. “This garden is located in our independent living area, so I’m really hoping some of our consumers will come out and participate and enjoy the fruits of our labor.”
Mouck said she hopes this can be a project that Reach Services residents can complete together throughout the summer.
