PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Montezuma man was arrested last week following a report of child molesting.
An investigation into the allegation against 53-year-old Terry O’Toole began Jan. 26 after the Indiana Department of Child Services turned information over to the Park County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were able to obtain a warrant and arrest O’Toole Friday at his residence. He is currently being held at the Parke County Jail on $100,000 bond.
The case is still under investigation.
