Stephen Wiggins, 32, was charged with felony theft, trespassing and resisting law enforcement after police were called to a possible burglary in the Wyndham neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
When police arrive, the found that someone had walked into the victim’s garage and rummaged through a car. The suspect was also spotted in numerous other yards looking into vehicle.

When the suspected, later identified as Wiggins, was spotted by THPD, he fled the area.
After several hours, Wiggins was apprehended by THPD K-9 Pelkes, handled by Officer Tony Mazzon.
In addition to Tuesday’s charged, Wiggins also had an outstanding warrant for resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia.
