The Made in America festival, which has been running over Labor Day weekend in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the past three years, is expanding to Los Angeles this year, and two major acts will serve as headliners for the inaugural event.
Imagine Dragons and John Mayer are the two big names on the L.A. lineup for the Budweiser-sponsored festival, which was founded and is curated by Jay Z. It takes place August 30-31 in Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles, and will benefit the United Way of Greater Los Angeles . Tickets are on sale now via LiveNation.com.
Other acts on the bill in L.A. include Capital Cities , Weezer , Kendrick Lamar, Afrojack, Rita Ora and many, many more.
As for the Philadelphia version of the show, that'll feature Pharrell Williams , Kanye West , Kings of Leon, AWOLNATION , De La Soul, J. Cole, "Harlem Shake" guy Baauer, Tiësto and many more. The show will benefit United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and United Way of Lancaster County . It takes place at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia on the same days as the L.A. event.
