Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested on March 16th on allegations of drinking and driving in Carmel.
That is a far as the case has gone.
Irasy checked himself into an out of state rehab facility after being release from jail.
It appears that the case is on hold as prosecutors and police wait on the results of blood samples sent to the Indiana State Toxicology Lab for testing.
The lab is severely backlogged and it can take as long as four to eight months to get test results back.
Until the test results are back no charges can be filed.
