Now that Justin Bieber 's slapped down Seth Rogen for insulting him in interviews, he may want to turn his attention to Patrick Carney of the alt-rock band the Black Keys .

Carney and Justin's fans got into a major Twitter feud in early 2013, but he's just opened himself up for a whole mess of additional abuse: in the new issue of Rolling Stone , he dismisses Justin as a "moron" and an "irresponsible a**hole."

Back in 2013, Carney was asked by TMZ if Justin should've felt snubbed that he hadn't received a Grammy nod.  Carney responded, "Grammys are for music, not for the money, and he's making a lot of money. He should be happy." Justin responded via Twitter, jokingly, that Carney should be "slapped around," which led to a flood vicious death threats and insults from furious Beliebers.

Now, Carney tells Rolling Stone , "Justin Bieber, like a f***ing irresponsible a**hole, sicced 40 million Twitter followers on me because I paid him a compliment he didn't understand. I [was] saying that he should be grateful that he has a f***ng career in music. And he shouldn't be f***ing telling his followers to slap me, and then also be doing anti-bullying bulls**t. It's so irresponsible."

While Carney insists that he doesn't dislike Justin's music, he goes on to call the singer "a f***ing moron," adding, "Honestly, I feel bad for him...I don't listen to his music, but he needs to not conduct himself that way. Like, really, you make millions of dollars playing music, you should feel f***ing lucky."

It seems Carney has an issue with Justin's recent bad behavior, because he claims the singer tries to spin it on Twitter and manipulate his fans.

"Every time that he gets in trouble, you should look at his tweets the next day," Carney says. " It's always like, 'I love you guys so much, always believe, never stop believing.' He's feeding them the Kool-Aid more and more...It's so manipulative! And whoever taught him that that was OK, whoever's watching him and is like 'that manipulation is acceptable,' should be really ashamed of themselves."

We hope Carney is bracing himself for the onslaught of Twitter hate that is about to hit him like a ton of bricks.
