A Terre Haute contractor accused of home improvement fraud will stand trial September 9th.
42 year old Lyman Roberts Jr. is accused of taking money form repairs that were never made or never finished.
The trial is scheduled to last four days.
Roberts allegedly received over $80,000 from the Wabash Valley Disaster Relief Coalition, to make repairs after the 2008 floods.
Roberts is also accused of forging checks worth over $1,200 on an account held by AMVETS Post 222 back in 2011.
