Members of Imagine Dragons took time out of their hectic tour schedule last week to hang out with some very appreciative kids.

While in Nashville, Tennessee on a tour stop, the Grammy-winning band hooked up with Musicians on Call, an organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.  The charity arranged for Imagine Dragons to pay a surprise visit to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt University, where they signed autographs, posed for pictures, did a Q&A and chatted with kids and families while listening to their hit debut album Night Visions.

Imagine Dragons were in Nashville for a sold-out show at the Bridgestone Arena. The band is winding down its U.S. tour, which will wrap up in Denver on March 15.
