The state Fire Marshall continues to investigate the cause of the fire last week that left one person dead in Sullivan.
A report could be issued later this week.
The fire happened on the 5th floor of the 7 story complex owned by the Sullivan County Housing Authority.
The building has no sprinkler system.
The Sullivan County Coroner says that 72 year old Bruce Thompson died of smoke inhalation and was apparently trying to get out when he was overcome.
18 people were treated for injuries.
Residents on the 1st through 4th floors have been returned to their apartments, other will be housed in other areas until repairs are complete.
