Deputies from the Sullivan County and Vigo County Sheriff's Offices responded to a single vehicle crash. Wednesday night.
Sullivan County Deputy arrived first, to find the vehicle overturned on its side but the driver, Jennifer Mize of Terre Haute had climbed out of the vehicle being treated by a volunteer firefighter.
The vehicle had flipped after striking a guard rail in the south bound lanes of US HWY 41 just north of State Road 246.
Mize did not have a driver’s license and admitted that the vehicle had false registration.
Mize also failed field sobriety tests and admitted to consuming alcohol earlier.
Mize was transported to Regional Hospital, where she had a .22% Blood Alcohol Content.
She was the arrested on several charges.
