A Terre Haute man was in court Wednesday to be officially charged in a teenage girl’s death.
Police say that Kyle Pendergast was behind the wheel when he crashed his SUV.
There were seven people in the vehicle.
19 year old Alyssa Hogue was ejected and killed when the truck landed on top of her.
Pendergast’s bond was cut from $100,000 to $25,000 but he will have to wear an electronic device and he won’t be allowed to drive.
He will stand trial on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing death on October 7th.
Visitation for Hogue is 3-8pm today at Roselawn Funeral home with burial set for tomorrow at 1pm.
