Indiana State Police arrest a drunken semi driver Tuesday in Sullivan County.
ISP Senior Trooper Mark Overpeck stopped the truck that was northbound on US 41 near 500 North for a following too close violation.
The driver, 54 year old Darshan Singh, of Delhi, California, tested positive for alcohol with a BAC of .063%.
Even though you aren’t considered driving drunk if you are less than .08%, the level for those driving a commercial vehicle is .04%
Singh was hauling frozen vegetables from Oaktown, Indiana to Kendallville, Indiana.
