U.S. 41 in the Honey Creek Mall area is in the middle of a $2.3 million upgrade.
While the road is getting better is causing lots of problems for drivers who either aren’t paying attention or aren’t seeing the few signs telling you where to go.
For the past few weeks work has been in the outside lanes and that has now moved to the inside lanes.
There have been several fender benders and many more near misses.
Some drivers aren’t seeing some of the small signage that indicates where the lanes are and that some turns are now prohibited.
Other drivers just aren’t paying attention and wouldn’t notice if there were twice as many sings that were twice as big.
The project is expected to be finished September 1.
