Police in Knoxville, Tenn., yesterday conducted an inspection of a Clay County church bus involved in a fatal crash last week.
Investigators say that faulty brakes appear to be to blame.
Five people on the bus were injured and the driver of another car involved in the accident was killed.
The bus from the Berea Christian Church near Brazil was transporting members to a four day worship conference at Johnson University in Knoxville.
Police say that a complete report on their investigation will take a few weeks to complete.
