Another man sentenced to prison in connection with the death of a Terre Haute man.
As part of a plea deal Marteail Brewer will spend 25 years in prison for his part in a robbery that ended in the death of Ronald Arrowsmith.
Police say Arrowsmith and Brewer along with Damien Tyler and Amber Reynolds lured Cody Thompson and his girlfriend into a home on First Avenue to rob him.
That is when police say that Arrowsmith pointed a gun at Thompson’s girlfriend and then Thompson shot and killed him.
A court date for Tyler has not yet been set.
Reynolds is already serving a 20 year sentence.
Police say that the shooting on Thompson’s part self-defense.
Under Indiana law Arrowsmith’s three co-conspirators can be held responsible even though they didn’t pull the trigger.
