The Terre Haute City Council will have two special meetings and a sunshine meeting tonight.
It will all start at 5pm at city hall.
Up for discussion will be city finances, tax abatements for some area business and new waste water regulations.
During the part of the meeting concerning finances, only council members will be allowed to ask questions while you the public will just get to sit and watch.
There is concern after Cliff Lambert of the redevelopment commission filed a complaint alleging that the city was using redevelopment funds illegally.
The regular sunshine meeting is set to start at 7pm.
