A trial date has been set for a Terre Haute man accused of killing his first wife in 1975.
62 year old Earl Taylor will stand trial December 8th for allegedly killing his then wife Kathy.
Since Taylor is being charged with first degree murder under the 1975 statute, he faces either up to life in prison or a sentence of 45 to 65 years in prison, if convicted.
Kathy Taylor died when an electric clock radio fell into the bathtub.
Taylor was released from prison earlier this year after serving time for the murder of his second wife Mindy in 1987.
The Kathy Taylor case will be featured on the Aug. 15 episode of the TV show “Cold Justice” on the TNT Network.
