There has been much political in-fighting at the airport in Edgar County.
Recently John Kraft sued Edgar County and Jimmy Wells who is the airport's general manager.
Wells has since resigned his position.
The judge said that Kraft must be reimbursed the $205 he paid in court costs but did not rule on his claim that the county violated the Freedom of Information Act by providing him with copies of a state statute outside the required five day deadline last year.
Kraft would like to eventually see the airport’s advisory board disbanded because they are appointed and not elected.
Meanwhile the Illinois State Police are continuing their investigation into who was responsible for setting two planes on fire last November.
There is a $10,000 reward for information.
