Multiple people in Central Indiana have died as a result of the snow and cold.
No reports of any fatalities locally but around the state as many as five deaths appear to be weather-related.
An Anderson man was found dead outside after he left the home to shovel snow.
Another man died in Henry County in a weather-related vehicle crash.
In Marion County, a 90-year-old woman was found dead on her back porch Monday and a 75-year-old woman with medical issues died when she went out to walk her dog and got locked outside the home.
And a fifth person died in a garage fire that may have been weather related.
Here in the Wabash Valley, there have been no deaths or other serious injuries reported due to the weather.
