Another law suit over the plan to fix the public pension shortfall in Illinois.
The Illinois State Employees Association Retirees filed suit Thursday afternoon.
The Retired State Employees Association filed a similar lawsuit earlier Thursday.
Members of the Illinois Retired Teachers Association and the Illinois Association of School Administrators sued last week.
The groups claim that the plan to fix the $100 billion shortfall violates a provision of the Illinois Constitution that states pension benefits may not be diminished.
