Reports are coming in that the Cincinnati Reds and starting pitcher Homer Bailey are very close to agreeing to a long-term deal. According to Reds.com, the deal will be worth $100 million over 6 years. The Reds are hoping to sign Bailey to avoid arbitration and to prevent him from becoming a free agent at the end of the 2014 season.
