A former doctor who lived in Terre Haute will undergo a mental health evaluation.
Anthony Garcia is accused of killing four people with ties to an Omaha medical school.
Garcia’s attorneys want to know if he is competent to stand trial.
Garcia is accused of killing the 11-year-old son of Creighton University pathologist William Hunter and the family’s housekeeper in 2008.
He is also accused of killing Creighton pathologist Roger Brumback and his wife in May last year.
Authorities believe that Garcia committed the killings to gain revenge for being fired in 2001.
