Last month, Ke$ha entered rehab for an eating disorder, and now the singer has decided that spending more time in treatment is the right thing for her to do.
In a statement provided to ABC News Radio, Ke$ha announces that she's postponing some scheduled concerts in March and April so she can continue to heal. “I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," she writes. "All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."
According to her official website , Ke$ha had a show scheduled in Hammond, Indiana on March 15, and in Green Bay, Wisconsin on April 13. Fans who've purchased tickets to those shows can check with their local venue to find out about refunds.
During the time that Ke$ha's been in treatment at the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center facility in Chicago, she's scored yet another #1, with "Timber."
