Gay Marriage Arguments To Be Heard Today

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals is set to hear arguments in the Indiana gay marriage case today.

Attorneys on each side of the states gay marriage ban will be given 20 minutes each to make their arguments.

Three of the 10 judges in the 7th Circuit will decide the case.

Out of the 10 judges, seven were appointed by Republican Presidents, while three were appointed by Democrats.

The makeup of the panel won’t be known until just before the presentations start.

It is not known how long it could take for a ruling to be handed down after the presentation.

No matter what happens in the case it will undoubtedly windup going to the U.S. Supreme Court.
