A Terre Haute man has a trial date set in Vigo County Court.
28 year old Christopher Bays will stand trial on February 3ed next year for an incident that happened on August 12 where he allegedly fired a gun at three people during an argument in a parking lot.
If convicted of all charges he could be sentenced to 16 years in prison.
Bays will also face other charges related to an Aug. 15 standoff in the 1600 block of South Ninth Street in Terre Haute.
That happened when police tried to serve a warrant related to the August 12th incident.
Bays will have a public defender and is being held on $60,000 cash only bail.
