A man accused of attempting to molest a child at the Terre Haute Econo Lodge motel was in court Monday.
Timothy Blazier is now facing felony charges of child molesting, attempted child molesting, criminal deviate conduct, attempted rape and more.
Police say that the allegedly grabbed a 5-year-old child and molested her and exposed himself to her.
Blazier is a convicted molester so that could bring another ten years to any sentence if he is convicted.
He will be back in court Wednesday and go to trial September 15th.
Blazier was staying at the Terre Haute Econo Lodge after being released from state prison.
The motel on Margaret Avenue has a contract with the state to house offenders after they are released.
According to the Indiana Sex Offender Registry several other convicted molesters are also staying there and some are violent.
