Taylor Swift kicked off the final three-night stand of The Red Tour's North American leg Thursday night in Nashville. She said she wanted to end the trek in her hometown since the Nashville crowd was always the most intense of any tour she's done in the past.
Luke Bryan was the surprise guest of the night with a duet version of his country hit, "I Don't Want This Night to End." At a private party before the concert, Taylor was presented with several plaques, including one commemorating six million worldwide sales for her latest album, Red .
After the show, Taylor tweeted , "Nashville. That show was life changing & you were PERFECT. Thank you to @LukeBryanOnline, who came out and SLAYED. Never going to forget it."
After Taylor ends her run in Nashville this weekend, she'll take The Red Tour to Australia for a stadium tour launching December 4 in Sydney. Taylor is the first woman to headline stadiums in Australia since Madonna did it with her The Girlie Show tour in 1993.
