The dogs that were taken from a home north of West Terre Haute are now up for adoption and are looking for a better forever home.
Vigo County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Tracy and Kenneth Walling in August after a search of their home.
A total of 24 animals, two children and one elderly woman were living in filthy and unhealthy conditions.
Police called it one of the worst cases of neglect they had ever seen.
