A pit-bull seized by Animal control has died after it was found locked with two other dogs in a container with no water or ventilation.
The male dog had to be euthanized Friday after growing more and more aggressive.
Animal control says that's a sure sign the dog suffered brain damage from being locked in the extreme heat.
Animal control will try to bring more serious charges.
Currently the dogs' owner 22 year old Jay Johnson, is facing three animal cruelty citations.
