Authorities in Brazil, Indiana are currently investigating whether a batch of cornbread at a festival made 11 people sick.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Department states that the people who were sick from eating the cornbread were vendors at the Covered Bridge Festival.
An Emergency crew was called to check for other possible causes of the sickness but ultimately determined the cornbread was the guilty culprit.
Some of the cornbread will be handed to the Indiana State Police for lab testing.
All victims have fully recovered.
