A Greene County man accused of murder has now asked for a delay in his trial.
25 year old Randal Crosley is accused of killing Katelyn Wolfe.
On Wednesday his attorney asked for a continuance.
26 year old Jordan Buskirk was also accused in the murder but agreed to a plea deal where he would admit to murder and then testify against Crosley.
Crosley's case is currently set for a jury trail on March 3.
Crosley's defense says that they need at least another 60-90 days to review prosecution evidence in the case.
Crosley has also been named as a suspect in a 2012 Avon, Indiana bank robbery.
